Because these services require time, research, expertise, tools, and resources, work may begin shortly after payment, project approval, onboarding, or receipt of the information required to start the project.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if you have made a payment but work on your project has not yet started.
If no research, analysis, strategy development, account setup, content creation, technical work, campaign preparation, optimization, or other billable work has begun, we may approve a full or partial refund.
Any payment processing fees, transaction fees, third-party expenses, or other non-refundable costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Once work has started, payments covering completed work, work in progress, reserved resources, or expenses already incurred are generally non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
Payments may be considered non-refundable when work has already started or been completed.

- The client fails to provide required access, information, feedback, or approval.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the specific circumstances of the project and the amount of work already completed.
SEO Results and Ranking Guarantees
SEO results depend on many factors that are outside the direct control of Hire Local SEO Services.
These factors may include:
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Website history and authority
- Competition
- Industry and market conditions
- Existing website problems
- Content quality
- Backlink profile
- Search demand
- Technical limitations
- Actions taken by competitors
- Changes made by the client or third parties
- Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, Hire Local SEO Services does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, amount of organic traffic, number of leads, revenue level, or other specific SEO result.
SEO is an ongoing process, and search engines ultimately determine how websites and pages appear in their search results.
Failure to achieve a particular ranking, traffic level, or number of leads does not automatically make completed SEO services eligible for a refund.
Our responsibility is to provide the SEO services and deliverables agreed upon with the client.
Monthly SEO Services
Some SEO services may be provided on a monthly or recurring basis.
Clients may request cancellation of recurring SEO services according to the terms of their agreement with Hire Local SEO Services.
Cancellation generally prevents future services and billing after any applicable notice period.
Payments for work already completed or started during the current or previous billing period are generally non-refundable.
If work for the current billing period has already begun, the payment covering that work may remain non-refundable.
Any cancellation notice requirements included in a proposal, contract, invoice, order, or service agreement will apply.
Project-Based SEO Services
Some services are provided as one-time projects.
These may include:

- SEO migrations
- Content projects
- Keyword research
- Competitor research

If a project is canceled after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
If an advance payment exceeds the value of completed work and any non-refundable expenses, the remaining eligible amount may be considered for a partial refund.
Deposits and Advance Payments
Hire Local SEO Services may require a deposit or advance payment before beginning a project.
Once work begins and resources have been allocated to the project, the portion of the payment covering completed work, reserved resources, or expenses already incurred may become non-refundable.
Any specific deposit or advance-payment terms stated in a proposal, invoice, contract, or service agreement will apply to that project.
Third-Party Costs

Once a third-party expense has been incurred on behalf of a client, that amount is generally non-refundable unless the third-party provider issues a refund.

Client Responsibilities
Successful delivery of SEO services may require clients to provide access to relevant websites, accounts, platforms, and business information.
This may include access to:
- Website administration
- WordPress or another CMS
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Google Business Profile
- Hosting accounts
- Domain accounts
- Relevant SEO tools
- Business information
- Existing content
- Images and other media
Clients may also be required to provide timely feedback and approval.
Delays caused by failure to provide required information, access, feedback, or approval do not automatically qualify the project for a refund.
Changes to the Scope of Work
Every project may have a defined scope outlining the services and deliverables included.
Requests for work outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Additional services will normally be discussed before the additional work begins.
A disagreement concerning work that was not included in the original scope does not invalidate payment for services already completed according to the agreed scope.
Clients are encouraged to review the project scope carefully before approving work.
Service Issues and Revisions
If you believe that a service or deliverable does not match the agreed scope, please contact us as soon as possible.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically remove payment obligations for services that have already been properly completed or delivered.
Where necessary, Hire Local SEO Services may provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, including invoices, agreements, communications, approvals, project records, and evidence of completed work.
No Physical Returns or Exchanges
Hire Local SEO Services primarily provides digital marketing, SEO, consulting, and other professional services.
We do not generally sell physical products that need to be shipped or returned.
Therefore, traditional product-return policies involving:
- Return shipping
- Product exchanges
- Original packaging
- Damaged physical goods
- Shipping costs
- Product replacements
generally do not apply to our SEO and digital services.
White Label and Outsourced SEO Services
White label, reseller, and outsourced SEO services may involve recurring work, reserved fulfillment capacity, content production, reporting, technical work, and other campaign resources.
Payments covering work already completed, started, scheduled, or committed are generally non-refundable.
Any additional cancellation or refund terms agreed upon with an agency or reseller will apply to that relationship.
Content Writing Services
SEO content writing services involve research, planning, writing, editing, and optimization.
Once content research or writing has started, payments covering that work are generally non-refundable.
If revisions are included in the agreed service, revision requests should be made according to the project’s agreed revision terms.
A change in preference after content has been completed does not automatically qualify the project for a refund.
SEO Audit Services
SEO audits involve research, crawling, analysis, technical review, competitor evaluation, and preparation of recommendations.
Once an SEO audit has begun, the work performed up to that point is generally non-refundable.
Once an audit has been completed and delivered according to the agreed scope, the payment for that audit is generally non-refundable.
SEO Migration Services
SEO migration projects may involve planning, URL mapping, redirects, technical analysis, metadata review, internal linking, launch preparation, and post-launch checks.
Once migration planning or implementation has started, payments covering completed work and committed resources are generally non-refundable.
SEO migrations may also depend on developers, hosting providers, CMS platforms, and other third parties. Hire Local SEO Services cannot guarantee outcomes affected by changes made outside our control.
Local SEO Services
Local SEO services may include website optimization, local keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, citation work, local content, and other location-focused activities.
Once this work has started, payments covering completed or in-progress services are generally non-refundable.
Hire Local SEO Services cannot guarantee specific positions in Google Maps, the local pack, or organic search results.
Termination for Policy Violations
Hire Local SEO Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where a client engages in abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
Services may also be suspended if required payments are not made according to the agreed terms.
Refund eligibility following termination will depend on the circumstances, work completed, expenses incurred, and any applicable agreement.
Other Agreements
A specific client proposal, statement of work, contract, invoice, order form, or other written agreement may contain additional payment, cancellation, refund, or termination terms.
If a specific written agreement contains terms applicable to a particular project, those terms will apply to that project to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to This Refund and Cancellation Policy
